🌊 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This allows time for oyster openings, packaging, and preparing any custom items. During sales, launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer—thank you for your patience!
🚚 Shipping Time & Methods
We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail), depending on the weight and size of your order. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the post office!

💌 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We also offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
🎁 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS with your tracking number first. We’re happy to assist if a package was damaged or clearly mishandled.
